Orders are sent to our production facilities for fulfillment as soon as they are placed, and so there is no way to alter an order once it is placed.
If you have placed an order for delivery to the wrong address please contact us and we will update the delivery address for you.
All of our designs are custom made to order. We accept returns only in cases of defective and faulty items.
We ship our designs to every country, worldwide.
We charge a flat rate of $5 in the US for orders under $100, and offer FREE shipping for US orders over $100. International orders have a flat rate shipping cost of $20.
All of our designs are handmade to order. Production takes between 1 to 7 days, and shipping takes between 1 to 10 days.

Most of our 'Essentials' collection plain color designs can be custom made in any color. Send us the color code or a photo/screenshot of the color you'd like and we'll make it for you!
We are based in Southern California and our products are handmade in the US, Europe and China. Products made outside of the US are manufactured by US company owned facilities that meet our strict fair trade standards.
